Shipping Details
We process orders as soon as possible which is usually the same day.
All orders are dispatched from our office on the Gold Coast and packed to perfection by our team of dolls house enthusiasts
Shipping is Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays)
We ship via Australia post.
- We aim to ship all orders within the same day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). From time to time, however, delays in despatch can occur during busy periods or due to unforeseen circumstances. Therefore, we cannot guarantee delivery times (unless previously agreed). If your goods are required urgently we recommend upgrading to Express Delivery. Any order placed on an Express Delivery service before 10am will be shipped the same day (subject to stock availability).
- If any parcel is returned to us because of failure to deliver (except where the fault is clearly ours or the carriers), we will charge a redelivery fee which will need to be paid before re-sending the order. The Little Doll house is only responsible for the safe delivery of goods up until the point at which they are successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer.
- On overseas orders you will be informed by the carrier of any applicable charges when the parcel reaches your destination country and these will usually be payable before your order is released for delivery, you are responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. We will not be liable or responsible if you do not pay any such import duties or taxes.
